Steve Welsh's Langoustine Cocktail: langoustine caught in the Irish Sea from local fisherman Steve Welsh.
Banana Butty:caramelised bananas with banana bread, butterscotch sauce accompanied by a separate crème brulée and banana ice cream.
Tangerine Dream: Vanilla scented, creamy panna cotta with a zesty tangerine jelly and a tangerine sorbet, created to celebrate Blackpool FC's promotion to the Premier League in 2010.
Fisherman's Friend Pina Colada: home-made shortbread dusted with a light coating of grounded Fisherman’s Friend with a coconut and Malibu foam, pineapple sorbet and pineapple jam.

Tuesday to Sunday from 6.30pm in the evening and on Sundays from 12 noon to 2pm.Free parking is available in the Marsh Mill Village complex. |

Twelve Restaurant & Lounge Bar is owned and operated by husband and wife team, Paul Moss and Caroline Upton - both self confessed foodies!
Twelve works extensively with local and regional suppliers to create seasonally inspired dishes.
Paul and Caroline hold regular entertainment nights, gourmet evenings, cookery demonstrations and charity fund-raising events.
Twelve provide outside catering - Twelve Event Management - and their own cookery retail outlet - Twelve Corner Shop, selling everything from excellent quality olive oil and Italian tomatoes to select items such as vanilla pods, home-made biscuits and chutneys.
