Our food is far and above what one would normally expect. Ian, owner and chef, has held a Michelin Star for many years in his previous restaurants so you can imagine that the food here at Blackaddie Country House Hotel is going to be some of the best to be found in Scotland. Even in the short time that Ian & Jane have had the hotel they have already won many awards. Our menu changes daily and we use only fresh products with all dishes being made in our own kitchens. We feature wherever possible locally sourced Scottish ingredients and only the very best will do.
It's not just about fine dining either, we also have our bar supper menu which is available every day, this menu offers more traditional and lighter food designed for more everyday eating along with a children's menu for our younger customers, but still using only the best ingredients available to us, and it too changes often.
